Refund policy
ALL SALES FINAL UNLESS ITEM IS DEFECTIVE/FAULTY.
We offer a 10-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
We do not process returns/refunds for incorrect size/item selection or changes of mind.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when received - unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are only permitted for items that are defective/faulty.

Size charts are available for all products, if you're uncertain please double-check your measurements before finalising your order.
Refunds
If we accept you return/refund request, we will inform you once we have received and assessed your return. You will receive a notification regarding your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shrive.aus@gmail.com or shrive.au on instagram.
